Raigo Sõlg is from Tartu and has been educated there. He has graduated in 1994. cum laude on the basis of a special programme of the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu together with the Faculty of Economic Affairs of the University of Tartu. A master's degree in the philosophy of Artium followed, at Tallinn Pedagogical University, with a masters thesis on the subject of “citizen and citizen's State,” on the basis of which he has also written a book on “Monkey to citizen... or vice versa.”
